In their quest for the ideal family residence in the Bonavista community, Mark and Nancy identified the perfect location. However, the house they had their eyes on required a substantial renovation.

The existing layout underwent a comprehensive redesign to cater to the needs of their expanding family. Structural alterations were essential, involving the relocation of walls and staircases to repurpose the existing square footage according to the family's vision for their new home.
